In order to understand the technical capabilities of pilot-scale base equipment suppliers, their successful cases, their proposals for equipment URS, responses to URS, delivery times, estimated prices, and other relevant information, the Jinan Microecological Biomedicine Provincial Laboratory plans to hold a technical exchange meeting for pilot-scale base equipment. We are now widely inviting outstanding equipment suppliers in the industry to participate in this technical exchange.
1.Organizing Unit of the Conference

2. Meeting Time
December 30, 2025 (Accommodation and meals at own expense).
3. Meeting Venue
Jinan Provincial Laboratory of Microecological Biomedicine.

On-site meeting.
5. Meeting Exchange Format
Participating units will present their company strengths, qualifications, personnel advantages, outstanding cases, etc., through presentations. They will explain and introduce design plans, responses to terms and conditions, with a focus on clarifying any non-compliant/partially compliant/superior design aspects. Additionally, they will report on equipment pricing, payment methods, delivery timelines, warranties, maintenance services, GMP compliance services, spare parts, etc.
Both parties will discuss the above content.
6. Requirements for Participating Units
Prepare electronic and hard copy materials as listed in the material checklist (see attachment).
This technical exchange meeting will be conducted through corporate PPT presentations and interactive discussions. Presentation durations should be as follows:
Fermentation–Centrifugation–Emulsification–Freeze-drying equipment: within 40 minutes.
Mixing tank–Powder equipment: within 20 minutes.
Capsule–Blister packaging equipment: within 20 minutes.
Technical personnel must be present on-site to facilitate communication.
Equipment design plans should be introduced using intuitive formats such as PID diagrams, schematic diagrams, 3D models/animations, etc.
Provide an overview of responses to URS terms, with emphasis on any disputed terms (non-compliant/partially compliant/superior design).
Be responsible for addressing questions raised by the owner.
7. Other Matters
Presentations by participating units should be concise and highlight key points.
