1. Introduction to the Organization
The Jinan Microecological Biomedicine Shandong Laboratory is a new type of R&D institution jointly established by Shandong Province and Jinan City. It was registered on August 13, 2021, and is located at the Jinan International Medical Center.
The laboratory is co-built by the State Key Laboratory of Infectious Diseases at Zhejiang University, and cooperating with Shandong University and Nanjing University. The laboratory focuses on the strategic needs of national scientific and technological innovation in the field of "microecological biomedicine" and the strategic scientific frontiers of a leading international biopharmaceutical nation. With the mission of "domestic leadership, irreplaceable, world-class, and development-leading," guided by major national strategic needs and the world's scientific and technological frontiers, it centers on the field of "microecological biomedicine," benchmarking against internationally advanced laboratories, and emphasizing three strategic research directions: "microecology and disease," "microecology and health," and "microecology technology product transformation."
II. Recruitment Positions and Requirements
(1) Researchers:
1. Researcher (PhD) at the Center for Microecology and Health Research
Research interests: microecological standards research, microecological physiological function research, microecology and aging, etc.;
2. Researcher (PhD) at the Center for Microecology and Disease Research
Research interests: microecology and infections, microecology and liver diseases, microecology and chronic diseases, microecology and tumors, etc.;
3. Researcher (PhD) at the Microecology New Technology Research Center
Research areas: microecological delivery systems, microecological new materials, microecological regenerative medicine, microecological detection systems, etc.;
Job Requirements
1. Applicants must abide by the Constitution and laws, be physically and mentally healthy, have good moral character, possess a rigorous scientific attitude and excellent scientific literacy, and possess a spirit of hard work, dedication, and teamwork;
2. Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree holders with educational background in clinical medicine, basic medicine, microbiology, cell biology, bioengineering, fermentation engineering, genetic engineering, or related fields;
3. Researchers must be full-time doctoral graduates.
4. Preference given to first-author publications in influential journals, holding patents, software copyrights, and other achievements, with strong English reading and writing skills.
(2) Laboratory technicians
Job Requirements:
1. Applicants must abide by the Constitution and laws, be physically and mentally healthy, have good moral character, possess a rigorous scientific attitude and excellent scientific literacy, and possess a spirit of hard work, dedication, and teamwork;
2. Conduct related clinical and basic microecological research.
3. Assist researchers in performing experimental operations, ensuring the accuracy and standardization of experimental steps, recording key data during experiments, and promptly reporting any issues encountered during experiments.
4. Possess solid experimental skills and rich experimental experience, familiar with the operation and maintenance of common experimental equipment.
5. Hold a full-time master's degree, with an educational background in clinical medicine, basic medicine, medical laboratory technology, public health and preventive medicine, biotechnology, microbiology, or related majors during undergraduate and master's studies.
6. Published a journal paper with certain influence as first author, holds patents, software copyrights, or other achievements, and possesses strong English reading and writing skills.

IV. Employment Procedure
1. Registration
Applicants must send their relevant personal information to the designated email as required;
2. Qualification Review and Preliminary Screening
The Talent and Human Resources Department will conduct a qualification review and preliminary screening of the submitted materials based on the job qualification requirements;
3. Interview
The recruitment assessment team will organize interviews according to the valid applications. The interview time and method will be notified separately;
4. Investigation and Review
Based on interview results, the unit will conduct political and professional competency evaluations of the candidates through reviewing records, on-site visits, assessment interviews, phone interviews, etc., and recheck the candidates' qualification conditions;
5. Medical Examination
Applicants must undergo a health check at a tertiary general hospital, following the latest "General Standards for Civil Servant Physical Examination (Trial)". Those who fail the medical examination or refuse it will not be employed;
6. Employment
Based on the applicants' overall scores, background checks, and medical examinations, the most suitable candidates will be selected. After passing the assessment, the selected candidates will be notified to report and start their employment at the designated time.
