To assess the technical capabilities, successful case studies, and performance of equipment manufacturers in relation to the Pilot Plant's User Requirements Specification (URS) – including design proposals, responsiveness, delivery schedules, and estimated pricing – the Jinan Microecological Biomedicine Shandong Laboratory intends to convene a technical exchange meeting for pilot plant equipment. We hereby invite outstanding equipment suppliers within the industry to participate in this technical exchange.

Manufacturers shall present design proposals addressing our URS requirements, response capabilities, alongside information on corporate strength, qualified personnel, technical features, distinctive functions, innovative optimisations, and exemplary case studies.
VI. Participant Requirements
1. Primary/core equipment must be self-manufactured by the enterprise, with proven pharmaceutical equipment production qualifications, capabilities, and case studies, supported by requisite documentation;
2. Where participating entities incorporate equipment from other manufacturers, such suppliers must be widely recognised for quality and service. The value of such ancillary equipment shall not exceed 30% of the total value of equipment under discussion, and specialised authorisation letters from the product manufacturers must be provided;
3. Participating manufacturers must furnish case study lists (not limited to pharmaceutical enterprises) within the microbiome field, along with equipment specifications and quantities.
4. Participating entities must arrange for technical personnel to attend for on-site communication.
5. Manufacturer Qualifications: Business licence of the manufacturing enterprise (with attached corporate credit information).
6. Sales Representative Authorisation Letter: The authorisation letter must bear the signature of the legal representative and be stamped with the company seal. Include the authoriser's business card and contact details.
7. Prepare product brochures, configuration lists, and other relevant materials.
8. Prepare PowerPoint presentation materials with clear structure and supporting visuals.
9. Be prepared to address relevant queries raised by the client.

1. Each equipment supplier shall be allocated 30-60 minutes for their presentation.
