From 17 to 18 September, Tian Xiangli, Chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, led a delegation to Jinan for an inspection tour centred on the theme of ‘Promoting High-Level Urban-Rural Integration and Regional Coordinated Development to Steadily Advance Common Prosperity’. Provincial CPPCC Chairwoman Ge Huijun, Vice-Chairman Zhang Xinwen, and Municipal CPPCC Chairman Lei Jie participated in relevant activities.
During the visit, the delegation toured the Jinan Microecological Biomedicine Shandong Laboratory, inspecting its exhibition hall and core research platforms. They gained detailed insights into the laboratory's pioneering initiatives at the intersection of microecology and biomedicine, progress in scientific research, achievements in technology transfer and application, talent advantages, and future development prospects. The delegation expressed high praise for the laboratory's construction achievements and development model.
