I. Introduction to the laboratory
Jinan Microecological Biomedicine Shandong Laboratory is one of the three provincial laboratories jointly constructed by Shandong Province and Jinan City, and it is the only research and development institution focusing on human microecology research in China, which was registered on 13th August 2021 and located in Jinan International Medical Center.
The laboratory is co-constructed by the National Key Laboratory of Diagnosis and Treatment of Infectious Diseases and Critical Illnesses of Zhejiang University, and co-constructed by Shandong University, Nanjing University, and Shandong First Medical University (Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences). Academician Li Lanjuan, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and director of the National Key Laboratory of Diagnosis and Treatment of Infectious Diseases, is the director of the laboratory, and Academician Yang Baofeng, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, is the director of the first academic committee.
The laboratory focuses on the strategic needs of national science and technology innovation in the field of ‘microecology and biomedicine’ and the strategic scientific and technological frontiers of biomedicine international power, with the aim of ‘domestic leading, irreplaceable, world-class, leading the development of’, and benchmarking against the international advanced laboratories, focusing on the construction of ‘microecology and infectious disease diagnosis and treatment’. The laboratory focuses on the three strategic research directions of ‘micro-ecology and health’, ‘micro-ecology and disease’ and ‘new micro-ecological technology’. There are more than 300 staff members in the laboratory, and the laboratory has published nearly 310 articles in PNAS, ACS Nano and other international journals, one expert consensus, one software copyright, 38 invention patents and one utility model patent, and more than 10 products such as probiotic food, medical devices and sterilisation products in stock.
The laboratory carries out the exploration of frontier science, training of innovative talents, construction of public research platforms and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and creates a training base for innovative talents, a new source of high-tech and a new engine for the incubation of achievements, which will build the micro-ecological biomedical field from the ‘innovation of basic theories’, ‘breakthrough of key technologies’, ‘breakthrough of industrialisation’ to ‘innovation of key technologies’. It will build a complete innovation chain from ‘basic theory innovation’, ‘key technology breakthrough’, ‘industrialisation’ to ‘application’ in the field of micro-ecological biomedicine, and become an international leading platform for scientific research and innovation, and results transformation.

Our Building
The laboratory has a main research building of 38,000 square metres, 3,000 square metres of large-scale instruments and animal rooms (under construction), and 5,000 square metres of GMP workshop (under construction).

V. Posting Requirements
1、Candidates should abide by the Constitution and laws, be physically and mentally healthy, of good moral character, possess a rigorous scientific attitude and excellent scientific literacy, and have the spirit of hard work and dedication and teamwork;
2, undergraduate, master's or doctoral period of clinical medicine, basic medicine and other related professional education background;
