In order to further guide scientific researchers and all kinds of scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, medical and health institutions, enterprises, etc. to carry out responsible scientific and technological research in a standardised manner, the Department of Scientific and Technological Supervision and Integrity Building of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) has issued a Notice on the Publication of Guidelines for the Code of Conduct for Responsible Research (2023) (Guoshi Supervisory Letter [2023] No. 15). Relevant personnel are requested to follow it.
