To further advance scientific and technological innovation and talent development in the field of microecology biomedicine, on 21 August, the Jinan Microecological Biomedicine Shandong Laboratory organised a dual-theme training programme centred on ‘talent development’ and ‘safety standards.’ The programme employed a comprehensive approach combining on-site visits, theoretical lectures, case studies, and interactive discussions. Over twenty participants attended, including new employees for 2025 and joint-training master's students from the 2023 and 2024 cohorts.

This new employee training was jointly conducted by the laboratory's six core departments, covering the entire spectrum from ‘research positioning’ to ‘career development,’ ‘safety standards,’ and ‘institutional safeguards,’ to help new employees quickly integrate into the laboratory's ‘family.’

During the training session, department heads and key staff members from each functional department provided detailed introductions to their department's important management systems and operational standards, helping new employees and joint-training graduate students familiarise themselves with daily work processes and master professional operational details, laying a solid foundation for the development of good professional habits and independent work.
