On May 8, the third meeting of the first council of Jinan Microecological Biomedicine Shandong Laboratory was held in Jinan, attended by members of the council of the laboratory.
The meeting listened to the report of the Director Committee of the Laboratory, and considered and passed the annual work summary and plan, three-year development plan, annual financial accounts and budgets, the results of the transformation report and the adjustment of the Laboratory's Academic Committee, the Director Committee and other related motions.
The meeting pointed out that in the past year, the laboratory has always adhered to the ‘high standard construction, high efficiency’, the development of steady and solid, and achieved good results. The meeting stressed that the next step is to deepen the reform of science and technology innovation system and mechanism, and establish a dynamic evaluation system oriented to the value of innovation; to strengthen the attraction and breeding of talents, emphasise the implementation of the strategy of ‘targeted attraction and precise breeding’, deepen the mode of joint cultivation between schools and enterprises, and create interdisciplinary and composite innovation teams; to promote the deep integration of the industrial chain and the innovation chain; to solve the problems in key areas, and to clearly focus on the development of the laboratory, and to achieve good results. Crack the key areas of problems, a clear focus on the ‘neck’ technology, to help Jinan City, biomedical industry level.
Attending the meeting were also Shandong University, Shandong First Medical University, Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology, Municipal Bureau of Finance, Huayin District Government, micro-ecology laboratory of the relevant responsible comrades.
