On November 7, 2024, in order to actively respond to the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee on confidentiality and regulate the discipline of confidentiality work, Jinan Microecological Biomedicine Shandong Laboratory organised some of its scientific research backbones to go to Shandong Province Confidentiality Education and Practical Training Platform to carry out an informative and targeted confidentiality education and training activity. The training aims to enhance the confidentiality awareness of laboratory members, strengthen the confidentiality management of the laboratory, and ensure the safety and stability of the laboratory's scientific research work.
During the training activity, the staff of Shandong Province confidentiality education and training platform closely focused on the international situation and the urgency of domestic confidentiality work, and systematically explained the historical lineage of confidentiality work, the legal and regulatory framework, and the diversified risks of loss and leakage of confidentiality and effective preventive measures currently faced. Through in-depth study, the participants deeply understood that confidentiality is not only an indispensable cornerstone for constructing national security and maintaining social stability, but also a solid line of defence for promoting scientific research innovation and sustainable development.
In order to further strengthen the awareness of confidentiality, during the training, all the participating staff watched a confidentiality warning educational film. Through the analysis of real cases, the educational film revealed the common loopholes and risks in confidentiality work, and highlighted the serious consequences of leakage on the state and individuals. These vivid cases deeply touched the participating staff, prompting them to further enhance the awareness and ability of confidentiality.
In addition, the training site also set up a high-tech leakage means demonstration link, visually showing the complex situation and serious challenges facing the current confidentiality work. Using modern technology, the staff simulated a variety of possible ways and means of leakage, such as network attacks, electromagnetic leakage, etc., and explained in detail how to prevent and respond to these leakage risks. Through the on-site demonstration, the participating staff not only enhanced the awareness of confidentiality, but also mastered more practical confidentiality knowledge and skills, which provided a strong guarantee for the laboratory's scientific research and innovation and national security.
This confidentiality education training has effectively strengthened the confidentiality awareness of the participating staff of Jinan Microecological Biomedicine Shandong Laboratory, and improved the ability and level of confidentiality work.
