I. Introduction
Jinan Microecology Biomedical Shandong Laboratory is a new research and development institution jointly constructed by Shandong Province and Jinan Municipality, which was registered on 13th August 2021 and located in Jinan International Medical Center.
The laboratory is co-founded by the National Key Laboratory of Diagnosis and Treatment of Infectious Diseases and Critical Illnesses of Zhejiang University, and the collaborators are Shandong University and Shandong First Medical University (Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences). Li Lanjuan, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, is the director of the laboratory.
Focusing on the strategic needs of national science and technology innovation in the field of "microecology and biomedicine" and the strategic scientific and technological frontiers of biomedicine international power, the laboratory aims to be "leading, irreplaceable, world-class and leading the development of the country", and is in line with the international advanced laboratories, focusing on the construction of "Microecology and Infectious Disease Diagnosis and Treatment". The laboratory focuses on the three strategic research directions of "microecology and infection", "microecology and aging" and "microecology and biomedical technology".
Currently, there are three major research centres and five public technology centres in the laboratory; academician Li Lanjuan and academician Yu Jinming are the leaders of Microecology and Infection Research Center; academician Gu Xiaosong and academician Zhang Yun are the leaders of Microecology and Aging Research Center; academician Zheng Shusen and academician Chen Zijiang are the leaders of Microecology and Biomedical Technology Research Center.
Recruitment Positions
1、Microecology and Infection Research Centre 10 researchers
Specific directions: infectious diseases, liver disease, immunity, drug resistance, tumour, etc;
2、Microecology and Aging Research Centre 10 researchers
Specific research directions: neuropsychiatric diseases, regenerative medicine, ageing, chronic diseases, etc;
3.Microecology and Biomedicine Research Centre 10 researchers
Specific research directions: biological therapy, drug and device innovation, organ transplantation, etc;
4、Public Technology Centre 10 laboratory technicians
Specific directions: experimental animal platform, biological sample bank, big data and artificial intelligence platform, analysis and testing centre (multi-histology, pathology, etc.), translational service platform;

III. Recruitment Requirements
1、Candidates should abide by the Constitution and laws, be physically and mentally healthy, of good moral character, possess a rigorous scientific attitude and excellent scientific literacy, and have the spirit of hard work and dedication and teamwork;
2, undergraduate, master's degree or doctoral degree in clinical medicine, microbiology, basic medicine, cell biology and other related professional educational background;
3、Researchers are required to be full-time doctoral students and laboratory technicians are required to be full-time master students.

V. Employment Procedures
1、Enrolment
Intenders shall send personal relevant information to the designated email address as required;
2、Qualification and preliminary screening
The Ministry of Talent and Human Resources will conduct qualification examination and preliminary screening of the materials submitted by the applicants according to the qualification conditions of the post;
3、Interview
Recruitment assessment working group organises interviews according to valid applications, the time and manner of interviews will be announced;
4、Examination and review
The unit will, based on the interview results, take the form of inspection of files, field visits, inspection conversations, telephone interviews and other forms of investigation of the political quality and business ability of the candidates, and review the qualification conditions of the candidates;
5, physical examination
Applicants must be in the third-class hospitals for physical examination, physical examination standards with reference to the latest "general standards for physical examination for employment in the national civil service (for trial implementation)". Those who fail the physical examination or give up the physical examination will not be employed;
6. Announcement of employment
According to the comprehensive results of the applicants, background investigation and physical examination, the applicants to be recruited will be determined on the basis of merit and be publicised. If there is no objection upon expiration of the publicity period, the proposed applicants will be notified to report for duty within the designated time.
